ZenPad Chromebook Transformer 2 in 1 coming in Q2

There is a suggestion right now that Intel will be partnering with Asus on creating a Google Chromebook 2 in 1 device or devices in Q2 of 2015. It’s unclear whether this will be considered a Chromebook Transformer, or if Asus will come up with a new brand for this device, as it is their first product of its kind.

Expect their to be a 11-inch and a 13-inch Chromebook ZenPad. With the expecting branding of ZenPad S for the Android Transformer, is it possible for a ZenPad C, indicating Chromebook? The key piece of information though is that these 2-in-1 Chromebooks are expected to be 10% cheaper than similar size and featured Windows 2-in-1 laptops. With the Google I/O in June 2015, this will be the expected unveiling of these devices. That said, expect the rumors to get hot and heavy in the months leading up to Google I/O 2015.

Asus never had any fear on going interesting directions. I think Google should pay these companies for such a gamble. No way ever I’m going with a Chromebook. Not sure if this is wise for Google. Android for me please.
