A new model is coming to Verizon in the US market. Last year Asus released the Z8 (ZT581KL) as a Verizon exclusive and now there is new model. The new model is the ZenPad Z8s or Z8 S (we aren’t sure at this point. However we can make a few guesses at this point because no official announcement has been made.
It’s an 8-inch tablet powered by a Snapdragon processor. That much we can say. In terms of price or other details we will have to wait.
So far the ZSs has showed up at the FCC. From that information we can see side mounted speakers from a diagram. So the speakers will run along the same edge as where you plug in the USB-C cable to charge. If you recall, last years Z8 came with front facing speakers.
